Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
