Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
